The Cost Bands:
We have
three cost bands:
1.
Long-term rate - applies to bookings of 12 weeks and
longer.
This is a monthly rate but
residents who are not resident for a full month, either at the
beginning or end of their stay, will be charged at an equivalent
nightly rate.
2. Medium-term
rate - applies to bookings of over 28 days but less than
12 weeks
This is a nightly rate.
3.
Short-term rate - applies to
bookings of over 7 nights but less than 28 days.
This is a nightly rate. |

The
Charges Explained:
Accommodation charges are
determined by the Board of Management and are published by 1st
May for implementation on 1st June of the same year. At least
two months’ notice will be given for changes taking effect at
other times.
Our charges are based on
how long you stay and the type of room you book.
The price for
each room is determined by a number of factors (including size,
number of people sharing a bathroom and its
decoration/facilities). |

What is
included in the charge?
All rooms are
fully furnished, including bed linen, and the charges include
all heating, lighting, electricity and water costs. All rooms
have internet access and this is also included in the charge.
